Locally Owned and Operated since 1982-Original Owners Steve Witt and Charles Eddy Wilkinson opened W&W Auto Body in 1982. Jesse Phillips Jr. was Steve's next door neighbor and began going to the shop with his Dad before he was old enough to walk. Jesse began working for Steve when he was 16 years old. Jesse graduated from Liberty high school in 2008 and became a certified auto body refinisher. He married his high school sweetheart, Alyssa, in October 2015. Alyssa is a 2010 graduate of Staunton River High School and has a bright future as an artist. She also works part-time in the shop as the office manager.
Charles Eddy retired and Steve sold the shop in 2010, it then became W&W Auto Body Repair Shop. Jesse continued to work for the new owner until Dec. 2015 when he then became the new owner/operator of W&W Auto Repair.
Charles Eddy's son, David Wilkinson, also grew up in Bedford and has worked in the body shop on and off since it opened in 1982. David now works full time at the shop and is PPG and BASF paint certified.
